This is definitely a great application for anyone that needs to create semantic web solutions. It has many components for refactoring and it comes packed with pre-configured building blocks. The RDF editor (my personal favorite) is pretty neat especially because of the auto complete function that types proprieties and resource names for you.
Anyway, if you're not ready to pay $500 for it try the 30 day evaluation version. You might fell in love with it.

Several features make TBC stand out from any other product in this space, including:

-import and export capabilities to a variety of different formats
