Netcipia is a hosting service for XWiki. There is a free version and a dedicated server version, with nothing in between.
Netcipia combines blog and wiki functionality. It is easy to set up and use through a nice interface but is currently still in beta and has one or two issues to sort out.
The enthusiastic team I feel sure will sort this soon.
