Perhaps the most important attribute of Shopsite is the information and help the application provides. It has screen references to answer any question specific to that page. The ShopSite developers listen to their users and are continuously improving the software with at least one major upgrade per year. The ShopSite user community is very active in an online forum. Forum users, including ShopSite personnel, who watch the postings give pertinent advices to new users. It’s great to know this group is just a few keystrokes away. One big and important limitation that ShopSite has is a limited number of design templates to choose from. The last version, ShopSite 8 adds a bevy of new features that existing ShopSite users will definitely clamor for. ShopSite 8 also does not loose anything of consequence from the previos one, which was already a very decent, feature-rich application that was relatively easy to use and set up.
