Frontrange - BAD service
Goldmine is a great system, we have used it since 1995/6 and love the product, recently I have been trying to find a reseller in Charlotte NC - no luck. I am considering reselling the prodyct myself BUT no one at Frontrange calls you back, I have left endless phone voice and personal messages and even the VP of Sales does not call you back. The CEOs assistant tries to fob you off to customer service, he promises to call have someone call you back but non one calls. I have never experienced such bad service - what a pity, I may be forced after all these years to defect to ACT! Any one else experienced this organisations complete lack of Customer Relationship Management?

Adding Fields
Hi, I'm presently using the 30 day trial version to see what it's like and I would need to add extra fields to the base and I can't see a way of doing it. Does anyone know how?

Thanks, Trev
