Microsoft offered more then 62 percent over Yahoo’s market value, as the deal touches the value of $41 billion. The offer decreased from $44.6 billion when Microsoft first announces the intention, and from that moment Yahoo shares market deteriorated. The Silicon Valley company declined saying that the price is undervalued. Trying to get on its feet Yahoo released internal projects drawn up in December that call for the company's revenue to rise more than 70 percent during the next three years.
