Hi All!! I am new to this forum..I dont know whether its a right place to ask this question or not..Hope you all will help me. Actually I recently got my computer formatted due to some viruses. Now when I am installing everything afresh I am thinking of upgrading my OP to Vista. I am thinking of going for Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition Upgrade Version. I am getting it for £100 @ http://www.checkcost.co.uk/microsoft-windows-vista-home-premium-edition-upgra/p/149517/. Its having around 20 stores listed and most of them are having the same price. Amazon and ecostsoftware were the cheapest here. So I think it would be a nice deal..what do you say guys? Shall I go for it? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks in advance..

Microsoft offered more then 62 percent over Yahoo’s market value, as the deal touches the value of $41 billion. Windows almost finishes XP SP3 edition. This is the newest version of Windows XP at will be soon opened to the public. Now is the first time since December 2007 when anyone can see it. It’s not finished, but the pack is ready to be closed. Because the problems had users with Vista (having to reboot) now XP gains trust and it had to improve. So everybody is waiting for the latest version, but it will be put as “update version”

I'm looking for DAQ's fr PCI bus that i can use with QNX, which have QNX's drivers. I've been looking for that a lot lately and I haven't really found what i'm looking for. I need two types of cards,

Type 1:
- PCI bus
- 12 Digital I/O's
- 4 counters
- 4 analog outputs
- x analog inputs

Type 2:
- PCI bus
- 12 Digital I/O's
- 2 counters
- 1 analog outputs
- x analog inputs

Until now i've only found UEI and Sensoray cards, that hace drivers for QNX... hope somebody can give me information on this...

Also... is there any way to develop my own drivers for a DAQ that doesn't have drivers for QNX?

I hope somebody can help me find some useful information about this... I would really appreciate it... Thanks!

The process is really simple. First of all you need to create a backup of your system. Then find all your CDs with drivers, your Windows XP copy and your activation key.
Decide if you need a downgrade or a sidegrade. Create a new partition if you settle for sidegrading and restart your PC. The self explanatory Windows XP install wizard will start right away

Seems that Microsoft Vista is even more vulnerable than we thought. Recently, The Register announced that a bunch of laptops pre-installed with Windows Vista Home Premium were found to have been infected with Stoned.Angelina a 13-year-old boot sector virus.
And since the threat was so old, Bullguard, the antivirus running on those laptops, couldn't even remove it as the signature files were no longer present...
