"in-radius r" vs "with [distance myself < r]"
I've noticed that I obtain an order of magnitude improvement in the computational requirements by using the conditional "with" than the internal function "in-radius", has anyone noticed this too? Does it make sense to anyone?

regarding LibSVM
with different kernal functions(linear, polynomial, rbf and sigmoid) we are getting different set of support vectors.
after changing the values of cost(or epsilon) why the support vectors are different?

we are completetly new to Weka and currently using it for an academic project. We have a very large amount of data from a datawarehouse and we would like to know if we should use all of the data in the preprocessing phase or simply select a small subset of the information. many thanks in advance.
