1and1 in lawsuit and in the attention of the media because of its services
As the lawsuit filed against the company is starting this may change the way you’re thinking about them. The company is being investigated by the Better Business Bureau and now the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office as well as many news and consumer organizations. They all have something to complain. The company doesn’t offer support – and this is not because they don’t have this special feature, is because they simply won’t answer to your calls, emails and so on, they tend to trick you to pay more than the price it self. In September 2007 the service became unavailable for hours at a time, refusing to login, logging in and not functioning and that was an important bad step for them. Since then, they are starting to answer to the phone but they are unable to give you support, and most of the times you close the phone without having your problem solved. Is your choice in picking your web hosting company but with this one won’t fit to anybody.
