Definitely not one of the best works from the ACT! software team Although it’s designed to be used by pro sales teams its disappointing and it rates way under the other ACT! software. It is still rather easy to use but it has several major flaws such as the fact that you can only create reports by record manager or that you cannot print only reports with activities but you have to print all of them. I think you can imagine what that means if you operate with large databases. And probably the most annoying part is the fact that it significantly slows down your computer. You’ll need at least 1GB of RAM to get it working decently and still you’ll probably bite your nails off. Although Sage software has quite a reputation in the CRM software industry this particular product is not something they should feel proud about.
