OpenEDMS makes document management a piece of cake. It's really easy to import files and even easier to annotate or review them. The interface is user friendly and if you ever tried Google Docs or Google Calendar you'll notice a few similarities between their GUIs. Unfortunately, this is not a popular product among project managers. Chances are high you won't get stuck while using it, but if you do... most probably you won't find a place to ask for help.
