Mail Traffic Analyzer
Because I was in the need to use a portable mail analyzer, I searched the Interned and stumbled upon Anteater. The portability for multiple platforms is given to the fact that is c++ code, and before using it you have to compile it. I used it to generate ascii reports on the analysis, and after that the investigation of the activity was a simple lecture of a log. Also, easy to customize, Anteater was the tool I enjoyed working with the most.
