Azureus is the best bitTorrent client out there, it`s portable so you have no trouble installing it in any of the popular operating systems, it has a lot of awesome features and plugins. The plugin I mostly use is RSSfeed scanner. The only problem I have with it is the fact that you cannot set the update tracker interval, and it takes up quite some resources.

It is maybe the most complete bittorent client. Some of its features: - IP filters - firewall test - UPnP plugins - advanced download statistics And many more. To handle all this complexity it has 3 levels of option settings (beginner, intermediate, advanced) One drawback though is the fact that java uses lots of resources, if that is not a problem use it with confidence.
