Beehive is an open-source project for creating a high-configurable frame-based forum application. It is written in PHP and uses MySQL databases. It includes features like: frame-based layout, reply-to-user posting and e-mail notification, HTML posting, extendable user profiles, flexible relationships system, private Messaging system, multiple style options, including dyslexia support, advanced word-filtering facility, comprehensive user permissions.

Description

Beehive is a free discussion board developed in PHP programming language. It has the following important features frame-based layout, extendable user profiles and multiple style options including dyslexia support.

System requirements

  • Operating Systems: Linux/ Windows XP
  • Web Server: Apache 1.3/Apache 2.0/2.2/ Microsoft IIS
  • Languages: PHP 4/ PHP 5
  • Databases: MySQL
