CYMA's flexible account mask, ability to automatically allocate expenses - including payroll - across multiple funds and incredible reporting tools and Crystal Reports - prove to be an invaluable asset to my company. I’ve searched and evaluated several accounting software but most of them were to expensive, to complicated or even to simplistic. The feature I like the most is the eDesk which allows me to add links to web pages, create shortcuts to specific menu items within CYMA, create one-click access to frequently run system reports, and even add web content and images- this saves me a lot of time. It doesn’t even surprises me that it won a place in “top 100 product” in accounting today magazine four years in a row.
