Stratasoft is one of many other usual call centers but the difference here is the price. Judging the quality and the price, it’s really good. It has the needed features, and if you know how to manage it, it can increase your productivity. It helped me because I started to learn more about my company from the point of view of my clients, I can interact more often with them and I got answers to my question faster and I solved my problems more efficiently. But overall you have to know how to run a company, to have experience in order to Stratasoft really help you.
