First of all is created for web-cams or any other kind of video devices, but among the new features you can find an option to watch TV, if you have a TV Tuner of course, and in the same time you can join video conferences or record the broadcast received by a web-cam. I have to mention that it has a very friendly user interface and is written in C++ programming language.
