Many support problems
digiShop e-commerce software has a very nice and usable administration component, it has many options and is indexed fast by search engines. I love that it uses CSS based design and that definitely increases our SEO results. This is the nice and good part, but there is an ugly part too. I had problems with integrating this cart with a corporate website. Another big problem of this solution is the support which isn’t very helpful. Also, they usually release versions with many bugs, and they do free updates only in the first 30 days after the purchase. Overall it’s a nice application that has many problems with the support offered. It is not too expensive, and if you have some PHP/MySQL knowledge it could be a good choice.
