Try it
Daffodil is definitely a good initiative. It’s open-source so you can just step in and customize it to your businesses needs, and you get a great starting platform. If you are not interesting in developing this suite further but you just want something functional there is also a possibility of acquiring a commercial license that gives you professional support from the developers The great thing about the latest version is the fact that it’s finally database independent, so you can use it with whatever database you’re using at the moment. I also greatly appreciate the mass mail campaigns functionality, as email marketing is becoming a must for every company.
