Enterprise Architect is a product that I have discovered with great joy. Its features for UML modeling are very powerful, applying actually UML 2.1 standards even for database modeling. As tables are modeled as if they were classes the visualizing of a database is very similar to an object model, and this may be a very helpful characteristic. It also offers forward and reverse engineering in/from a large number of languages and other useful features I haven’t explored yet. Considering all this I would say it seems a great product at an incredible small price, it’s definitely worth trying.
