Epiphany is an excellent browser that feels quick to use. The UI is fairly minimal, while still offering the full (low-level) configurability of the mozilla rendering engine (gecko). It may lack in plugins compared to firefox but with its simpler structure for plugins, and ability to use plugins programmed in Python it is quickly gaining ground. It is the official GNOME browser and integrates very well with the GNOME desktop.
