I've been using Everest Dictionary for one year now and it's been very useful every time.It has a very intuitive interface and it's quite easy to use. Lots of dictionaries available -covers mainly all the European languages and it has lots of versions available : Spanish, French, Romanian, Italian and even a Linux Version. The technical dictionaries are very up to date also. The only thing I don't like is that I have to load the dictionaries I need every time I open the application. Even though it has "Load last used dictionaries" option clicked it still doesn't load them.
