I've been using Everest Dictionary for one year now and it's been very useful every time.It has a very intuitive interface and it's quite easy to use. Lots of dictionaries available -covers mainly all the European languages and it has lots of versions available : Spanish, French, Romanian, Italian and even a Linux Version. The technical dictionaries are very up to date also. The only thing I don't like is that I have to load the dictionaries I need every time I open the application. Even though it has "Load last used dictionaries" option clicked it still doesn't load them.

It is indeed one of the best free dictionaries and it also has the "translate" option which is very good. It is really easy to use and extremely efficient and helpful.
