I needed a powerful, web based tool for editing images and since I was logged on Facebook I started digging there. I was not surprised to find FotoFlexer here. Flickr and Photobucket integrated recently this service. Its features are very helpful and intuitive when you want to recreate digital photos, because you have Smart Cutout, Smart Recolor, image layering, distortion tools, all you need to click&art for free. I discovered how easy it is to turn my cat's picture into a cartoon, man, great artificial intelligence algorithm they put in this service. Bit by bit, the online image editing gets stronger in the battle with GIMP or Photoshop.
