how to receive a copy (in a certain email address) whenever an email was sent from an gmail account to another email address without inputting cc or bcc?

Go to your account and at the top you'll see "Settings" Then you'll see a tabbed menu and choose -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP -> Forward a copy of incoming mail to email address . That's it. Good luck
