i wont to have a forum (or at least a mini-forum) as part of my google site. is there any way of doing that using non too complicated tools? and if so, how do i do it?

We are looking for a communal file repository for our workplace (5 users). Can anyone provide feedback on using google sites for this and how effective it is as a solution for small business? We would be wanting to use it for document sharing, but also as a back up of important documents.

I just signed up, created my dashboard with 4 gadgets. Todos , calorie count, weather and random pictures with places around the world to test this new service. I was disappointed that every time i logged out and signed back in my changes were not saved. My todos dissapeared and I was still in San Diego California. Gooooogle I'm in NY!
