It's like having an auto-pilot marketing that includes email, direct mail, fax and voice broadcast so that you just have to sit back and give directions about the information flow. You can configure this software for practically any industry and a rather unique feature is the inclusion of a shopping cart that allows the tracking and processing of online orders. It was designed especially for small to mid-size businesses so if you're thinning about expanding it might not be the product for you but otherwise it's great.
