Invision Power Board
The only reason I used the Invision Power Board on my website was the fact that my administrator Cpanel had it in the list of available templates by default. I gave it a shot, toyed around with the features, colors and skin, and almost came up with a forum. It has all the features expected from a Forum, with user control and moderation that could be fitted into a “standard”. The board was displayed for quite a long time, almost a year, and I gave it up in the moment I couldn’t handle spam anymore. A sad conclusion, but I couldn’t get rid of it in any automated way.
