This is indeed a very small (less than 10 Mb) and useful solution for Microsoft Windows. The good news that you don't have to install anything and it includes the latest versions of Apache, Perl, PHP and MySQL. You can also add as many plugins as you like (that are free to download form the software's homepage). The bad news is that when you visit the homepage, clicking on the "Rate" links will redirect you to softpedia or hotscripts with the rating of 5 out 5 already selected and posted! So just another dirty trick to get the product in the top rated lists.
