The best
Probably the best open source program for public network hubs. In fact, a hub is a network it self, by letting all users connect with each other in a passive or active (routable) mode and changing files between them. The main feature is that you have total control over your hub, and that mean you can set up ip classes with full access, or restrict one ore more ip’s to connect. Hub users have the chance to send private messages between them, or public messages in main chat, and even to get a registered usernames available in one single hub.
