I used OpenVPN when a colleague at work explained to me how he connected remotely to the computer at home. OpenVPN works great on Windows, and I was able to tunnel my IP in order to connect from a dynamic host. Also, we experienced working with OpenVPN in order to create a surrogate LAN network, where we could play multiplayer games, or use file sharing. I enjoyed it, and I still use it.
