Perlfect!
I really enjoyed using Perlfect Search, I like that is open-source, which means that I’m free to make as many changes as I want to the source code. It’s great for small sites because it’s easy to install and adapt, all I had to do was add the code to my site. Like I said before configuration can be a breeze, but a little knowledge of Perl is necessary. A great thing about this product is that I can limit the words in a search to better use RAM memory on the server, also I noticed that I could limit de files that are indexed. All in all this search engine is a “perlfect” solution
