I like PhpWiki, it's so easy to set up and it uses both MySQL and PostgreSQL as backend. I also noticed that I can host more than one wiki using the same database. It may not have impressive features, but it stands well to the task it's given. It supports skins and plugins and it's got a pretty good search feature. I think PhpWiki it's a nicely build and useful wiki .
