Excellent tool
Project.net is a great web based application for project managers. Not only it is open source, it also provides a full suite of tools for resource management, project and portfolio management and issue tracking. However, it requires and Oracle database server and SQL*Plus - some people might find this as an inconvenient. Personally I think this is a powerful yet flexible solution and I strongly recommend it to anyone that needs to organize their tasks.
