It is written in Java, but uses Mac OS X for the interface which means Mac only. Although there are possibilities to port it to Windows and Unix (but it seemed complicated to me). It has the possibility to import both RDF models and Schemas from the web, which can then be used in the model. It also has a query tool unlike IsaViz.
