To the best of my knowledge, RapidMiner (formerly YALE) ist the most comprehensive and the most flexible data mining and text mining tool available. And it is available for free! This open-source software is available under the GNU GPL and has a strong user community with more than 10,000 users in more than 30 countries. If you have a problem or question on how to use, just ask your question at the public discussion forum of RapidMiner at SourceForge.net and other user or some of the developers will help you solve your problem. There is a nice intro video on the http://rapid-i.com/ start page, a comprehensive PDF-Tutorial and a nice hands-on online tutorial guiding you through the tool and lots of typical data mining applications and process and how to implement them in RapidMiner. So it is not too hard to get started...
