Safari and WebKit
Safari does indeed have a lot of css and js bugs, in the "released" version. That's why iterating.com is missing some features on Safari. The latest development builds, however, are much improved, and the site works beautifully in them (check'em out at http://nightly.webkit.org/). Security-wise, it's pretty solid, I never heard of a serious exploit (or major security hole) for it. The rendering engine is *very* fast, much faster than, say, Firefox.
