I used Softsqeeze from my Linux server, in order to create a light and easy to use “Online Radio”. The tool worked fast, and the broadcast quality was quite high. I was able to use it through the Internet without having to set-up too much, and it also worked on my local LAN. The client listener could use any streaming “receptor”, like Winamp or any other of it’s liking. Hours of enjoyable music delivered to my loyal public.
