First, I used their free trial for about 2 week and a half and they managed to convince me to buy the license. It’s a simple, easy to use software, cost effective and realy easy to deploy. Since using it I was able to monitor the use of unauthorized software on all my workstations and identify shortfalls in hardware specifications. Now we are able to track history and changes on every workstation and server. Its user friendly interface and easy to use helps my users to report quickly the issues. I like the helpdesk interface from SysAid because we have were to submit our problems with computers, softwares and so on that might appear. Anyway SysAid should keep it like this - simple – because it makes our work easier.
