Error in Tortoise CVS

When I installed it I got the following error.
What do I need to do about it?

Error creating registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\EventLabels\TCVS_Error
RegCReateKeyEx failed: code5.
Access is denied
Only I can abort the process.
