Could be better
I use it mostly because most of my friends use it. It has a lot of features but all I use is the im part and sometime I use it for sending files. The conference or voice messages are of poor quality and they create more problem than they solve. Another thing I don't like about it is that it has commercials. Overall useful but could be much better.
