Description
The name stands up for Yahoo Messenger Archive Decoder and here you can see all your archives from Yahoo Messenger really well organized.
System Requirements
Mandatory: in order to use it you have to have an Yahoo account and Yahoo Messenger installed on your PC.
Features
After installing it the software will open in a internet browser but it doesn’t connect to the internet. The software runs locally only on your PC on a tiny webserver. That means you cannot see your archive if you are not on your computer.
On Home tab you will see your account, the total number of conversations, the date of your last conversation and you also have the property to enable or disable the archiving.
At Settings tab you can set how often you want it to update (in hours, standard is 24 hours) and you can select the language: catala, English, Deutsch, Espanola, Romana, France, polka, Portuguese, Chinese and others.
At Help tab you will see what’s new, FAQ and the developers.
Coming back home in order to see your archives you have to click your id and you will see all your contacts. You will se them in a list, and for each one you will see their avatar, total conversations and the date of the last conversation.
Press on a contact to see a conversation and you will see they are organized by date, in many pages (if needed) and of course they aren’t written down entirely, you can see them entirely only if you press the “more” button.
Now they’ve included emoticons in conversations and the best new part is their search engine. Now you can search a word, a phrase in your archive and a list of findings will appear.
Easter eggs
You can set and save many Yahoo accounts on your PC. Like this you can see all the archiving for each user and monitories who accesses your personal computer.
