One of the biggest documentations I found for C, C++, Jaba, Objective-C, which also had a bit of PHP or C#. Very helpful, with an amazing feature that can generate an on-line documentation browser, in HTML, or an offline reference manual, all from a set of documented source files. Doxygen, because that is how the library is called, is developed under Linux and Mac OS X, but is set-up to be highly portable. As a result, it runs on most other Unix flavors as well. Furthermore, executables for Windows are available. Your project can now be documented easily, with ways of sharing the information with the rest of your team from a centralized place.
