Unprofessional
We had an Icontact account for 2 years with little problem. They cancelled our account without warning b/c of supposed spam rule violation (which was NOT the case; less than 1% complaint ratio & our emails are sent with permission). Icontact would not reply to any of my emails or phone calls (they don't talk with people by phone for documentation reasons...which is great, if they would respond to the emails). I am still in shock over the whole thing. The service itself is good, but I cannot believe how unprofessionally the staff treated me in their decision to terminate my business account. If they felt that was the action that was appropriate, whatever...but at least have the professional courtesy to reply to my emails & let me know.
