I have been loyal to IX web hosting since they first appear on the market, from 1999. First, as any usual new company they weren’t the best but as I got “older” in their company, I had bonuses. I mean as longer the billing cycle is the higher the discount is offered. Now I am satisfied with it because in time they managed to do things right and they’ve really grow as a company. The customer support is great, now that they’ve hired much stuff and you can reach them with their toll free phone number, via their web based live chat, email and through a ticketing system all around the clock for me. Of course sometimes my site crashed, it would be stupid for me to lie about it, but they managed to fix my problem really fast, and I’m sure not all companies can do that. A problem it doesn’t really affects me is the mail server. Sometimes the mails will be bounced back to the senders, their servers will not recognize accounts when logging in and suddenly will work in 30 minutes, and their tech support don't know what's going on. You have to be careful if this is a feature you look forward to work just fine. Also I’ve heard that the database works slowly but mine is small and I can’t see that.
