JForum was an interesting alternative, that also helped me learn a little something about Java. The system isn’t as simple as you might think, and it might create a problem or two upon installing. Other then that, it has a nice layout, and the output links it provides are simple and easy to use. You can give it a shot, but take note that it’s at your own risk.
