logtools
I found the Logtools while looking for some tools to enhance the log managing process. Unfortunately, I did not use all the tools provided inside Logtools, but selected the one that addressed my problem directly – I only needed a tool to split a large web log into small, specific, logs for each and every ip address connecting to my network. This was done great, using the clfsplit tool inside the Logtools package. I’m sure that all the other tools will find a place in the future, and I promises to keep you posted on any future discovery.
