This program is a small package that helps you to convert the classic mp3 audio files, to a better quality ogg vorbis files, and it was created by the author of Gain (instant messaging program).Currently the development of Mp32OGG was stopped, and I don't think that somebody will continue to upgrade it, but it has good features like renaming converted files after ID3 tags and for that reason I recommend it for beginners.
